Note that the dates shown for the cases are those of the source used. In some case, eg MacKellar, there are earlier editions, which have not yet been consulted. In particular, where the source was, for example, a museum, shop, or personal information, the date is of that contact, which implies that the actual origin of the case is much earlier.
