This (possibly Belgian) typecase configuration matches one seen at an auction in Antwerp, June 2006. It is likely that it is a quadruple Upper case, although there are more usually 6, rather than 7, rows of boxes in a Belgian Upper. The case outside dimensions are 33 x 21½ inches.
