This Dutch case configuration is one that is in use by the Avalon Pers in the Netherlands, in 1997. It differs from the more usual Letterkast in having all the cap boxes the same size, and the same number (42) in each bay. The case dimensions are 223/8 by 201/4 inches, whereas the normal Letterkast is 321/2 by 20 inches.
