This Dutch case configuration is one that is in use at the Avalon Pers in the Netherlands in 1997. It is also the configuration shown by Hostettler: Technical Terms of the Printing Industry (1949, and 4th rev ed 1963) as being used by Enschedé en Zonen, Haarlem. There is a Two Third version, and a version for extra ligatures.

The actual layout is Letterkast. The case dimensions are 32½ by 20 inches.
