This English configuration is the two third case shown by Miller & Richard: Printing Machinery & Material c.1910, and Specimens of Modern, Old Style and Ornamental Type cast on Point Bodies 1912, and Printing Type Specimens 1927. It is 23½ inches, rather than the normal full size 32½ inches wide. Note that the English case style differs from that in the U.S. (eg Two Third Job) in having only a single box above the i box, rather than a divided box. Thus there are 53 boxes in the lower case section, rather than 54. The upper case section has 28 boxes.

Miller and Richard also showed a Two Third upper (which has the normal 49 + 49 boxes) and a Two Third Lower case which has 52 boxes.
