This French case layout is used in Le Papeterie de Vaux in 2015, and probably originally came from a printer in Limoges. It has 115 boxes and is the same as the Casse Parisienne shown by Audin Histoire de l'imprimerie par l'image (1929) as Ed[mond] Morin's case, apart from Morin having ì and 242; instead of [ ] and §, and È É rather than É È and the superiors in a different order. A somewhat similar lay is that of the École des Arts Décoratifs de Genève, and in use at the Ecomusée Voltaire, Genève in 2004, although that layout has the capitals in straight alphabetic order, for example, whereas Morin and Le Papeterie separate out J U and W. The lay is also close to that of Muller (c.1910) but Muller has fewer sub-divided boxes and omits the superiors but has more accented letters and has ff etc. ligatures in a different position. Le Papeterie, Muller and Morin have no &, but the very similar lay of Hostettler includes & instead of *, but also has w in a different place, and only 114 boxes.
