Georgian Single First Case

Georgian Case
This Georgian case is the 16pt Géorgien Vulgaire Première partie illustrated in the Modèles de casses des caractéres de l'Imprimerie nationale, Imprimerie Nationale 1885. Note that the lay stretches into a second part .Parry Cadwallader has written a Georgian Type Case.article on various Geogrian typecase lays, and he considers it unlikely that these two particular lays were used by native Georgian compositors. He has also reconstructed a possible modern layout using a Californian Job case.

The empty case construction is Georgian Single 1st case and Georgian Single 2nd case.
