This typecase construction matches the Greek Lower of Southward: Practical Printing (1882, and still in 5th ed 1900). It has 46 boxes. The case is almost the same as MacKellar except that Southward has a box for thins above the epsilon box, and divides the rho box horizontally. The equivalent Upper Case is Greek Upper.
