Empty Script Upper Case

This typecase configuration matches the Haut de Casse d'Écriture of Lefevre: Guide Practique du Compositeur d'Imprimerie 1880, and is used for the script face called l'Anglaise. It is a variation of the upper case of e.g. Fertel, which has six rows, as opposed to the usual seven rows of: Moxon et al, but here in the Script case there are fewer boxes in each row. The case totals 60 boxes and the companion Lower case has 156 boxes because of all the extra ligatures etc, needed for the script face.

The type lay is Haut de Casse and the companion Lower lay is Bas de Casse.
