The layout is that of Källa: Officina Typographica, Skansen, Stockholm, as provided by Jan Wunsche. It probably dates from the 1940s. Readers using Windows may prefer Normalkast as this shows the characters without needing the footnotes, which are that ¦ represents a dagger, OE and oe should be ligatured, and --- is an em rule. The empty case can be seen as Blank Normalkast.
