Empty 'Johnson' Greek Upper Case

This typecase construction matches the Greek Upper of Johnson: Typographia (1824). The equivalent Lower Case is Greek Lower.
The case is almost unchanged in the 1925 Caslon except that the two rows of narrow boxes in the left bay are moved to the bottom rows.
