This English lay is given in Caslon & Co: Printing Types and Catalogue of Materials (1925).

The typecase design combines the lays of their New Upper and New Lower, eg gives more room for capitals, has spacing at the front of the case, and groups lower case letters with most common letters at the right hand side.
